You can now customize the look of your widgets with light or dark mode. This updates UI elements like buttons and product cards in both the carousel and full-screen views.
To try it out, go to Settings > Widget Settings > Appearance in your Moast dashboard and choose the style that best fits your brand.

You can now control when a widget appears based on the number of media items available.
For example, if you set the minimum to 5, the widget will only appear when there are 5 or more items to show. If you have fewer, the widget will remain hidden.
Find this new setting in your Moast admin under: Settings > Widget Settings.

Dynamic media feed controls
You now have more control over how dynamic media is displayed on product pages. We've added a new setting to select how a feed is used when the Dynamic Media toggle is on.
The two new options are:
- Backup:Show this feed only when no dynamic media is found for a specific product. This prevents empty spaces by providing a fallback, like showing general UGC if a product has no tagged videos.
- Filter:Only show dynamic media that is inside this specific feed. This lets you curate exactly which content appears, for example, using only posts from a "Reviews" feed instead of your entire library.
You'll find this new setting in your widget settings—it will only appear when the Dynamic Media toggle is turned on.

Two new import methods are now available for Instagram and TikTok, giving you more ways to gather content.
You'll now see "Profile Mentions" and "Hashtags" as options when importing.
- Select "Profile Mentions" to import posts you're tagged in.
- Choose "Hashtags" to pull in any public post using a specific hashtag.
Use these to easily collect user-generated content, run hashtag campaigns, and showcase customer posts directly on your site.

New sort order options for your Feeds
You can now sort your feeds by Newest media, Oldest media, or manually arrange them.
To use a custom order, set your app block's sorting to "Manual". The feed will then follow the sort order you set in its specific Feed settings.
Example: Selecting "Newest" will place your most recent media at the top of the widget.

We’ve added more ways to customize navigation arrows in your carousels.
In your widget settings, you’ll now see a new option for arrow placement. You can choose to:
- Hide arrows
- Display arrows below the carousel
- Overlay arrows on top of the carousel

We released a new Fallback Feeds feature for widgets.
When dynamic source is on but the product on the page has no tagged media or no feed for it, your widget will not display on your site.
Now, you can pick a fallback feed in your settings. By default, it’s set to your main (default) feed showing all your media, so if no tagged media is found, the widget will automatically show your fallback feed instead. This keeps your widgets full of content at all times.
Head to your widget settings and pick a feed — we’ll use that whenever there’s no tagged media. This keeps your widgets full of content at all times.

You can now hyperlink text in your media captions.
This is perfect if you want to tag a creator’s Instagram or TikTok profile, link to relevant pages or products, or point viewers to anything else you want.
How to add a link:
- Go to the Captions section for your media.
- Highlight the text you want to link.
- Click the link button.
- Paste your link and save.
Your caption will now display clickable text for viewers.
